Job Club Leader – The Person

The BCP is seeking to appoint a Full Time Job Club Leader to our Employment Services. An understanding of the impact of employment issues affecting individuals and communities is essential.

A Third Level qualification and experience in a similar role is essential. The successful candidate will be an experienced group facilitator and have experience with managing and monitoring client registration database procedures.

The role of the Job Club Leader is to provide clients with a confidential, individual career path planning, guidance and counselling service. The post holder will require excellent interpersonal skills and will be engaged in constructively developing relationships with a wide cohort of stakeholders. They will be required to understand and accept and promote the ethos the company as well as its remit to deliver the highest possible standard of service to its clients and the local community.
