Role Purpose – The Family Matters Programmes Project Worker is required to support the coordination and delivery of Family Matters Programmes including;
- Up to 2 Programme, a suite of supports for parents and babies Birth to Toddler stage
- Botvins Lifeskills programme, a school based resilience programme
- Parent Child Home Programme, a home visiting school readiness programme
Candidates are encouraged to apply for this role with the requirement that they can demonstrate both the relevance of their skills and experience. It is likely that the person appointed will demonstrate a genuine commitment to BCP’s ethos and vision and ideally have the skills and attributes as detailed below. The Family Matters Programmes Project Worker will have a depth and breadth of practical experience working with children and families. A third level qualification at QQI level 8 or above e.g. Social Work, Youth Work, Social Care and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar type role is required.
